How are born from the Laudable Sepia Dominical,THE LAUDABLES?

After the publication of the first album of LAUDABLE SEPIA DOMINICAL , Gabriel Piñana decides to search for a singer to expand and enrich the voice recordings of his songs.
The first singer who joined the band, she's the Italian Evelyn Evangelisti. With her the LAUDABLE SEPIA DOMINICAL, recording their second album, which never saw the light is performed. But this unreleased recordings , which will gradually go to see the light and that now we can enjoy. The main voice is still of Gabriel Piñana and Evelyn Evangelisti is responsible for the choirs .

La Gran Esperanza Blanca, Adrian Levi, The Laudables y The Grannies Band

Retomamos el pulso a la actualidad discográfica valenciana con cuatro trabajos de reciente factura. Se trata del nuevo álbum de los veteranos La Gran Esperanza Blanca y los debuts de tres formaciones que, pese a estrenar cuño, no están integradas precisamente por músicos noveles: Adrian Levi, The Laudables y The Grannies Band. 

Veteranía fértil, atmósferas variables y ejercicios de estilo

The Laudables también debutan en formato largo y utilizando el inglés, aunque no son más que la nueva encarnación de los antiguos Laudable Sepia Dominical. Yolanda Jiménez, Enrique Pallás y Gabriel Piñana siguen mostrando con fidelidad su admiración por los patrones rock gestados entre mitad de los años 60 y mitad de los 70. Hechuras clásicas que se miran en el espejo de Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin o The Doors. Destilados de blues rock y algún efluvio soul sin ironías ni revisionismos. Sin trampa ni cartón. Son precisamente las dos sugestivas baladas que contienen la palabra “love” (“Love” y “”Strange Love) las que más se salen del molde, en un trabajo destinado a devotos de tan venerables géneros, sin coartada vintage que valga.
